the first and the second LUD. But when I saw the third LUD today, I was totally confused.

Two LUDs for address change are reasonable.I guess the first one is for keying in the information into their computer system and the second one is for printing out notices.

The third one ... ... Hope things are moving forward, such as NC results back as somebody said before......
