My I-140 was processed at CSC. My I-140 RFE was issued on 09/2005. My lawyer mailed the RFE reply on 12/01/2005.

CSC actually approved the I-140 12/xx/2005, few days later after they got the RFE reply.

BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBUUUUUUT!!!!!!!

BUT, they didn't enter the approval information into their system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, in March and May 2006, I asked my lawyer to check the status twice. Eventually, the 2nd status check got CSC attention and they replied on 05/xx/2006:

Review of case files showed that the I-140 was approved on 12/xx/2005 with priority date of 10/xx/2001 (EB3).
The files were forwarded to the appropriate unit and approval notice will be ordered and send to the address on record..

My suggestion to you: ask your lawyer to send a I-140 status check to CSC!
