Frankly speaking, I don't think attoney can do anything for you,

For all the cases, it really depends on your background. The attorney just help you to put them together in the style that USCIS prefer, which should be known by every attoney in the field. The only difference is the attitude of the attorney to the customs. Some of them do prepare the forms carefully enought, some of them just stuff all the info together careless and then enjoy the money you paid.
