I-140 approval 收據

從網上查到我的I-140 appoval收據是June 9 寄出的,現在都20號了, 還沒收到. 正常嗎? 一般都是幾天能收到啊? 普通郵寄最多4, 5 天也該收到了, 會不會寄丟了, 挺著急的.
