approved I-140 question?

Talked to a CS at VSC this morning. I recieved my I-140 approval notice in the mail but my online status still says that they received my RFE materials for my I-140. The CS want me to fax her a copy of my I-140 approval notice so that she could figure out what happened (per what she say, there is no way that a approval notice could be sent out without update the online status). I am kind of worried, should I send her a copy of the approval notice via fax? She said things need to be fixed in order to get other (I-485) going.
