My no objection letter was sent to DOS 08/05/03. The DOS website indicated the date for my recommendation letter was 11/17/03. However, BICS got the letter from DOS 12/22/03. I got the receipt notice from BICS 12/26/03 and the final approval notice 01/06/04.
