clinical trial/affair department position

This may sound odd, I got an interview opportunity through multiple people's referral. However I don't know what the position is about. I only know the department is dealing with clinical trial/clinical affairs in a large biotech/pharmaceutical company. Does anybody work in this kind of department? What kind of questions will be asked in terms of scientific knowledge or qualifications? I have a PhD in biochemistry and postdoc experience in academic setting, want to know if I need to learn some more before go to the interview next month.
