AP and EAD need help!!

I am H-1B NOW.
Last August I filed I-485 with AP and EAD. So far, I haven't gotten chance to use the AP and EAD which will be expired this Oct. Now I want to renew them by myself. Question: How to fill my CLASS OF ADMISSION? AOS or H-1B? I am a little conservative. I don't want to lose my H-1b.
