變成current開始？如果是從I-485開始，那麽就是不可能的，因為指紋都來不及打。通常發出指紋通知到實際預約的打指紋時間都有1-2周。所以如果你沒有看見對方I-485收據和綠卡上麵的簽發時間的情況下，聽對方所說的時間不一定是真正的時間。
如果是current之後2周甚至兩天，那完全有可能。因為FBI在申請人等排期的這段時間裏也可以繼續工作。當然我相信某些民主國家，如歐洲，日本，澳紐等，很可能申請綠卡比中國人快得多，因為美國政府一來比較相信對方政府已經做過審查，另外可能認為間諜分子威脅的可能性比中國人小很多。
