Radiology-- FP indeed has nothing to do with name check

FP is used to search the FP database, and is very quick. Name check on the otehr hand only use your name + DOB information to search another FBI database.

My wife had her first FP done only recently. However, according to the information we got from CIS through our Senator, her name check has been cleared a long time ago.
