Thanks for the info. I just spoke with the attorney on the phone together with the immigration folks. They still stick to their opinion. As the H1B transfer process function is transiting from Narbraska Lincoln to another center after 4/1/06, the process has been slowend down. It usually takes two weeks to get the receipt, now I have no idea. Oh my godness,it is a mess now. I have to call the HR lady to tell her that I cannot go to work next Monday then. Anyway, this is what it is.
