Cost of Med Exam by Civil Surgeon

Just wondered if Aetna HMO would cover my medical exam by civil surgeon. If not, does anybody have any experience in getting reimbursed by his/her employer? Since my company already paid all the attorney fees, I guess they would be willing to cover an extra couple hundred bucks....
