Friend, I definitely suggest you waiting till you find a job which you can develop your own career. I almost lose my future now because I missed my first step after graduation. I was almost in the same situation in the beginning. I got an offer from a PI in government who promised to apply H1 after I used up my OPT. But the lab manager refused to do that after about two months' work. I spent another two months finding another PI whose work was almost out of dated. I worked there for another two and half years with no publication. I just changed to a Chinese lady's lab and found that she is so mean and ill-bred that she only knows how to blame the Chinese in the lab and find excuse for herself. I could not endure after one month. I am looking for another lab.So I think it's very important at the beginning. Take care, buddy.
