Pls ask Xiaobaitu question regarding I485

I and my wife submited concurrently I140(EB2, NIW) and I485 on Sept. 2005, and I140 get approved. But in automatic status system, only can find my case, till now cannot find my wife I485 case. I wrote letter to USCIS four months ago, no response. I do not know how to do? Normal?
