Thank you so much for your reply. If I may, I have to bother you with another question. I am a second year PhD student and I have graduate assistantship next semester. If my H1B visa is granted before the end of the semeter, can I just leave? Will the school hold me responsible? What do you think is the proper way to deal with it? Thank you very much.
