WoJan: pls help I-131,back hom

I want to file I-485 package this Friday based on I'm the wife of US citizen. Question:
1. Can I concurrently file I-131, AP?
2. If cannot file concurrently, what is the steps and timetable can file I-131 and when I can finally get AP.

I need go back to China urgently.
