我一月底要去加拿大溫哥華landing, 順便去渥太華看我弟

弟，計劃待10天左右。我本想開車去溫哥華，在那裏退車，回來時在溫哥華再租車開回西雅圖。但有人說最好開美國車回來。請問這事有誰知道嗎？請給些建議，多謝了！
