And also write to FBI, CIS, senator, etc looks not help at all. Nobody answer your mail or e-mail. Looks like the last choice is to file law suit against CIS/FBI, some person get name check cleared in one month after file the suit. Just to be very careful, since CIS can give very difficult RFE if you make them angry.( family based do not need to worry about that)
