Same problem as huma. Please help!!

My hu*****and's H1 is going to expire in next september too. We filed the regular LC in 2003 and it's still in the backlog center and no news. His company seems not so stable currently. What should we do?

Should we apply a PERM or just wait the regular LC which is so unpredictable?

Please please help!
