china born EB2 排期趨勢分析(考慮/不考慮BEC積壓申請)

本人查閱了過去6年的各國eb1,2,3 granted visa 及其它各項 數據包括china born eb1,2,3申請比例結構,家屬結構等等,得出下列結論。

(1) 本年度EB2名額應該還剩很多。 如果DOS不考慮BEC積壓申請(主要是不想浪費本年度名額)，保守估計到10/1/2006，EB2排期應該能到1/1/2006。

(2) 如果DOS需要考慮BEC積壓申請，而BEC可以在9 or 10/1/2006左右開始certify LC.那排期會變得很複雜.估計排期到了7/1/2005後會走得很慢. DOL(BEC/PERM)/USCIS/DOS的協調會很頭疼.

(3)BEC現在共有360，000積壓申請. 保守估計在這些積壓申請中， valid EB2申請(china born)大約在9,000到10,000件之間. "valid EB2申請"的意思是排除了重複申請，公司倒閉，本人跳槽/laid off,已用其它手段獲GC等等,等等. 所以如果國會不改法律的話，至少需要2-3年消化這些積壓申請。
