since most transferred 2005 Sep. 140 were received in 2006 Mar. 2005 Nov. were received in 2006 May. Now TSC NSC approved 140 of 2006 Feb. (Direct submitted).I predict that 2005 Sep.(transferred) would be processed in 2006 July and 2005 Nov.(transferred) would be processed in 2006 Aug.(USCIS are training officers for these transferred cases).
We are not lucky because we can not submit to TSC NSC directly. USCIS put our cases aside as special cases waiting for more officers. They did not ask the already assigned 140 officers to do our cases since they processed directly submitted cases FIRST. They did not pool them together with transferred cases.
