Employer letter for I485 DIY

I am LC based EB2 and considering filing I485 myself. Right now I am very confused on one thing for fling I485,the employer letter. What kind of the letter is it? There was an employer letter when I filed I-140, can anyone tell me how this employer letter in I485 is different than one in I140 since the both letters go to USCIS? Thank you very much in advance.
