To Xiao Bai Tu: a Name check question

Hi, we filed I140& I-485 in Sep, 2005. Our I-140 was approved in Feb,2006. Our PD became current in April. We asked CSC about our case in April. Their answer was that our case was pending because the name check was not clear. Last week, our lawyer sent CSC an email to ask about our case. Their answer was the same. It seems that our case is stuck in name check or CSC hasn't submitted our case to FBI. So our lawyer suggested us to sue CSC. My question is: do you think it is helpful to sue CSC to speed up our case?
