Qualifications:
1.Middile school diploma.
2.Graduation certificate of Fuzhou Cooking school.
3.No paper
4.Cooking presentation at China town.
5.20+ recommendation letters from eaters as well as restaurant bosses and boss's wife.
6.Got help from some Immigration forums.

Details:
The eaters who wrote recommendation letters for me include some government officials. They love Chinese food and said the food is very beneficial to the stomach of American people. I think those letters helped a lot.

In the cover letter, I listed some of my best dishes. Actually a menu and some coupons are also included in the cover letter so that the officers can use the coupon in my restaurant.

I received a RFE. In th reply, I just invited the immigration officer to come over to have a taste themselves.

The case was approved after a week.

Analysis:
The food make American happy:
1, whole national!
2, benefit all American!
3, the American will be upset if the person is not in the USA
