Good news! and Can I ask other friends a question?

My I140 was file on Dec, 2005 to VSC and transferred to NSC May 08 06, till pending. Can I file the 485 for me and my family now? and which center I should send to? Do I need through the employer, my case is EB1b? Thanks very much for any suggestion!
