This is a great news for Chinese. A question about Xiaobaitu ins

My PD (EB2 NIW) is August 3rd, 2004 which was showed in my I-140 approval notice. Now the new bulletin showed EB2 move forward to March, 2005.

Does it mean that INS can probably start to process my I-485 (I-140 got approved in March, 2005, I-485 was filed in April 2005) from July ?

Basically how long time will it take ? I did FP last September with code 3 (plus photograph).

Do you think I can get green card by the end of this year? I have no any information online which showed me whether my case has been transfer to local or whether it is being processed by name check or security check.
