LC based I-140 approved. I-485應該報到哪裏？
USCIS網站有Note說應該報到NSC(見下):
NOTE: Form I-485 for employment-based adjustment of status applicants, filed together with Form I-140, or filed alone, based on an approved or a pending Form I-140 is filed at the Nebraska Service Center, regardless of the applicant’s place of residence.
但I-485 form instruction又說應將485報到批準I-140的service center.
請問究竟應該報到哪裏？
