I just heard from my lawyer (American Lawyer). She said that it is ok that city of birth is not correct for I140. She just put my birth of province as city of birth. She said that we have to make sure that birth of place in I485 is consistent with the one in birth certificate. But I think that it still matters. Hopefully, it won't be a big deal.
