回複：回複：有沒有140在四月之前遞，或是在4月轉去TSC但現在還沒批

I am one of the ten thousands who submitted 140 and 485 to the CSC last Sep. The TSC seems not process the cases by the temporal order. They said they would do that by order and would finish up all cases in 180 days, but they not. :(
