In fact I am not sure if talking to Infopass would expidite the procedure. I was just hoping to find out my NC status and therefore I made the appointment last week (before my 485 was approved). Since my 485 has been approved, it seems not necessary to chat with them any more so I am going to cancel the appointment. Sorry I wish I could be more helpful.
