Do not complain they did not read your submitted documents. It is because your case was not well prepared, especially your poorly-prepared petition letter.

I have seen many petiton letters of those who got RFE. I do not dare to give my compliments.

Well-prepared petition letter is a must for your case to get approved if you do not want to just try your luck.
