Xiaobaibu, please help

Xiaobaitu, last Firday night I asked you a question about my friend's GC application. Actually her concern is that she did not tell her lawyer that her F2 applcaiotns were rejected twice in China before she came USA. So the history of F2 visa rejection was not reported to USCIS when she applied her H1 visa. Now her company will apply GC for her so she wonders whether she should tell her lawyer to correct this mistake. She is worried that when USCIS check her visa history, they would find out that she did not tell the truth when she applied for H1 visa.(in the application form of H1 visa, one question is "have you been rejected for visa application" and she filled with "NO" So...) Thanks a million for your generous help.
