XiaoBaiTu, please help with my friend

She came US with F2 visa, later transfered to H4, F1, and finally H1. Her F2 visa applications were rejected twice in China but the thrid time it went through so she was able to come here finally. When she applied for H1, she did not tell the lawyer that her F2 visa was rejected before. Now the company will apply GC for her. Will the USCIS turn her down because she did not tell the truth when she applied H1? If so, what should she do to make up the mistake? Thanks a million for youe help.
