小白兔，這種情況我們如何對策？

老公EB2，PD是2002 June.　去年8月我們被轉道local　office，11月interview，再就沒了回音。排期早過了。我們去問多次，他們就拖。我們該咋辦？我們兩個都是這邊拿了advanced學位辛辛苦苦交稅多年的，為啥被這樣虐待？
