I really dont think the DIY package can do much work. I bought a package before and no use at all. I dont know your credential. But look at your RFE, even questioned if your research is national interest. I think that your first petition cover letter and recm letters are not very good. You need to get a good lawyer to handle your case. They will polish your letters a lot since they know the key words to convince the officers.
