Help! regarding I-140 appeal

After appealing, I saw several updates saying that my case (and the documents) were transferred to the AAO first, and AAO with notice me for any further action. However, two to three weeks later, my original I-150 case was updated again saying that my I140 was received on that new date and will be processed between 30 to 60 days. Months have passed and nothing happened. My lawyer does not help much and I always get round balls every time I called; many times even he blocked the phone. Anyone has any idea what the status of my case is? Is that reopened and under processing? Anyway I can check the status (I mean by myself--lawyers' goal is collecting money--after you pay them money they don't care any more)? Please help! Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated. Waiting your replies anxiously......
