Question about OPT-EAD progress. Many thanks!

I filed OPT-based EAD application on April 10, 2006. Today the LUD showed that

"Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on April 14, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates."

In this paragraph, a sentence "It will take 60 to 90 days to process" is missing.

Does it mean that my application is under review process.

I am desperately waiting for the OPT approval. I has been sitting at home for more than one month.
