什麽是對應中心？

Indeed, I tried to make an appoitment at Hartford, CT. By typing 06107, choosing "It has been more than 90 days since you filed an I-765 and you did not receive an Employment Authorization Card.", the following sentence always pops up "At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later."

What does it mean? No vacancy or I have to go to other place, say Boston, to get interim EAD.
