questions about I485 application

I am preparing I485 documents for my family, me, my wife and my son. It would be very appreciated if you can help the following questions.

1)Should I send them in a seperate mail or seperate package?

2)Which documents should I include in my family members' package? Is it enough to put I140 approval notice and marriage certification for my wife's application and I140 approval notice and my son's birth certification for my son's application?

3)My wife applied EAD card when she was J2 visa holder, but she never use it. Should we include the copy of this EAD card when we apply for new EAD card?

4)I came here with J1 visa. Should i include IAP66 form in the application package?
