You said "The lawyer is right" That means for China, the process date of I-485 is Apr 2004. So I said" Never hear that". I just know that EB3 cut-off is for all the countries. And in June visa bulletin, EB1 cut-off for China is July 2005, EB2 cut-off is July 2004. Actually, it has never been April 2004 for any EB catergories in any months. So I don't know what his lawyer talked about.
