While NIW is pending,spouse works with EAD

我的NIW申請（09/22/05遞交到VSC)此時本該有結果了，可是被無緣無故轉到NSC，這下原先等待的8個月算白等了，隻有從頭再來。我的配偶剛找到工作，也拿到了EAD卡，誠心向諸位請教，她應該等我的NIW有結果之後再工作，還是現在就可以開始工作？擔心雇主不會將此職位保留太久。 謝謝各位熱心幫助！
