Can I file 485 now?

First, thank you for your kind reply and helps. I have two questions. 1) I recently noticed that my first name in my I140 approval notice was misspelt. My first name has two Chinese characters, splet in one word in English. But the INS spelt it as two words (there is "space" between two chinese characters. Do I need to write to INS to correct this, or just ingore it?
2) The receive date of my I140 EB1b is Dec. 6, 2004. I am from China. Can I file my I485 now? Thank you.
