我的485 case 今天第一次LUD, 請行家分析

VSC，EB1b, PD 09/27/05, 140 approved last Dec. 估計下個月就current了，不過VSC的485還隻處理到May 05。

一直是:
Your I485 application to register permanent residence or to adjust status was received on Oct 19, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking btw 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

今天改成以下，還有typo，看來是手敲的？

這更新的好像是說參考processing dates就能知道我的case什麽時候done。是否暗示 NC已經過了？
