Name Check -- What shall I do?

懇求大俠指點：

My PD ( China born): July-2001
Labor Approved. ( Atlanta RIR EB2): Oct-2004
I-485/I-140. submitted: Jan-2005.
I-140 Approved: Feb-2005.
FP: Jun-2005.

From Jan-2006 (My PD became current), I called the 1-800 numbe and got 3 trace letters telling me my case delayed due to name check. Finally got call to TSC center, the lady told me my case submitted for name check last Nov, still pending in FBI, and she has no info and date for name check.

What can I do to now?! ( By the way, my wife called TSC center also, her has already passed name check and 2nd FP - Mar 2006, can she get Greencard first?)
