USPS never, offically, transfer mail from federal agency

USPS never, offically, transfer mail from federal agency, including CIS. Even though ur other mails are forwarded.

So, no matter what the mail to your old address will NOT be forwarded. You have to notify the CIS that your address changed and make sure the change is linked to the case. So any decision on that case will be send to the new address.
