what can I do?

my situation:

H4, has no hope apply H1 in the US. Hu*****and's perm and 140 approved (EB3) recently. seems he needs to wait for 5 years to file 485 which means I can't work for 5 years at least.

My question:

If I work in some other country which means I won't be able to live with my hu*****and for some time. of course he will visit me once or twice a year. Will it have any influence on me filing 485 with my hu*****and when his PD becomes current?
