NIW140 approved today after RFE

received NIW 140 approve notice today in the mail after RFE and scary 140/485 LUD at the same time without content change on 05/24/2005

My case detail:

RD: 09/27/2005 (concurrent filing of 485)
ND: 10/05/2005
RFE: 02/01/2006
140/485 LUD (my wife's 485 too) without content change at the same time on 05/24/2005
Received approve notice in the mail today!!!

Worried so so much since many on this board said that LUD of 140/485 at the same time without content change means denail.

Thanks to everyone on this board especially XiaoBaiTu, SpringIsComing, fsa2000 and radiology etc.

Will keep checking Visa bulletin now.
