xiaobaitu,can I transfer H1B based on approved I-140

Just got my I-140 approved and also need to extend my H1-B for the expiration of 6 years.
Can I change my job to another company after I get my 3 yrs H1B extension for the current company?
My new 3 years H1B is not only valid for the current company, right?
