H1b Transfer 請教xiaobaitu等高手

正在辦h1b transfer. 因為新公司要的急，我沒有時間等INS的receipt了，請問是不是材料郵寄到了INS office 就可以去新公司上班？另外我上班後如果我的Case由於小錯誤(比如說支票寫的不對或其它)被rejected，我是不是馬上就out of status? 我能不能馬上再重新file？那樣我就不會out of status?
