請教各位大俠：關於我的485CASE，緊急！多謝幫助！

我的485是加在LG's case上（H4入境，485非同時遞，should be EB2）。他的已經批了一年多了，我的還pending. 但我們的婚姻早已完蛋。現在他搬到外地不知道哪兒去了，而我在本地也有工作，不想挪，這會兒我們都得變地址了。請問我的CASE會不會有危險？---我想各位都理解：我放棄了國內的好工作，來這兒吃這麽多苦好不容易找到一份理想的工作。我的485 file date：end Aug, 2004. 現在排期已經到7/1/04，都快批了，出這檔子事兒。 我是不是真的得打道回府？嗚~...
